We begin with a comprehensive analysis of your goals and application configuration. Identifying baseline parameters (we will require a scan log with adequate channels of logged data) and mechanical modifications to establish a technical foundation for a calibration.
Using HP Tuners VCM Suite, we perform high-precision parameter calibrations to maximize engine output and reliability.
We send to you the calibration file to flash into your application / vehicle.
In collaboration with you, validation occurs by reviewing a new log of your vehicle's channel data across a varying range of vehicle operations for custom calibrations. If further adjustments are needed, we'll provide you with an updated file calibration to re-flash.

Calibrations
(PCM / ECU / TCU)
Staged Tunes ($250-400 USD)
Most tuners & vendors provide "staged" level tunes. Each level modifies specific tables which advance performance further from OEM. This reduces safety margins that are built into the vehicle; in addition, hones in varying environmental based parameters which exist to cover a wide area of geographical climates and elevations. We can provide similar solutions if that is what you're looking for. In many cases, a more robust calibration with some customer requests.
"Stage 1": Typical increases advanced timing and hones in volumetric efficiencies to gain more HP. Slight modifications like a Cold Air Intake [CAI], minor exhaust upgrades, and running a minimum of 91 RON at this level.
"Stage 2": Further enhancements beyond Stage 1, but requires additional platform based modifications that increase air and fuel delivery (mild power adder upgrade, further exhaust upgrades, more efficient air delivery, etc.).
"Stage 3": Further adjustments, which are more aggressive, that require and compliment more enhanced upgrades. Such as cam profile changes, larger power adder upgrades, and/or further upgrades to the fuel delivery system on an application (i.e. larger injectors and pump(s), small Nitrous spray, water/methanol sprays, etc.).
