Here is a perfect example as to why I offer 'free tune analysis' for anyone. It really bothers me that someone pays good money to tune their vehicle, a project or hobby they have spent a good amount of money into, only to receive substandard results. What's worse, most of the time they don't realize it because the drivability factor isn't impacted.

Vehicle is an Audi B8 A4, CAEB engine (2.0L turbo), MD17.1 ECU, with a much larger turbo and supporting mods over stock. This customer came to us with a few items they wanted reviewed and fixed. In the analysis process, we noticed the intake airflow (MAF readings) were not nominal to what we would expect this vehicle with these mods. After investigating, we noticed the Intake Cam timing table and the other supporting tables, were not... well... look for yourself:

Intake Cam Angle Corrections

The above is the corrections from before to after on the Intake cam shaft desired angle timing table.

Correcting this drastically changed not only the customer's vehicle's economy, but also performance. We estimate close to 15HP (based on value calculations) improvement.

We are happy to help!
